1. Eligibility

The Exclusive Senior Perks Giveaway (the "Promotion" or "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are age 55 or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of The Senior Ledger ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children, regardless of where they live) and members of the households of such employees are not eligible to enter or win. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited or restricted by law. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on September 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on December 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.

3. How to Enter

No purchase necessary and no monetary fee, payment, or obligation is required to enter or win. There are two (2) ways to enter:

• Online Entry: Visit the official website during the Promotion Period, complete the online entry form with your valid name, age verification, email address, phone number, and optional community survey feedback, and submit your entry.

• Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) via Mail: To enter without completing the online form or survey, handprint your full legal name, complete residential address, telephone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3x5 inch card or piece of paper, and mail it in a standard envelope with proper postage affixed to:

  • The Senior Ledger, Attn: Giveaway Entry, 55 West St., Suite 201, Walpole, MA 02081.

  • Mail-in entries must be postmarked between September 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026, and received within seven (7) days thereafter. Limit one mail-in entry per envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted.

Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person/email address during the Promotion Period, regardless of the method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person or email address beyond this limit will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due mail entries.

4. Random Drawing & Winner Selection

Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted at periodic intervals from all eligible online and mail-in entries received during each applicable entry period. The drawings will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. Prizes & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Prizes awarded during the Promotion Period may include:

• Grand Prizes (Periodic): $500 cash or cash equivalent toward rent or mortgage. (ARV: $500.00 each)

• Secondary / Periodic Prizes: Various gift cards, merchant certificates, or perks ranging from $25 to $100 in ARV as displayed on the site.

Total ARV of all prizes offered depends on the frequency of drawings. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Notification & Verification

Potential winners will be notified either: in person, by email, by telephone, or by SMS text message using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal)

Publicity Release within seven (7) days of the date of issuance. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to return required documentation within the specified time period, or if a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Privacy & Communications Consent

By entering this Promotion via the online form, you expressly consent to receive communications from The Senior Ledger about community resources, events, tips, deals, surveys, and other relevant information via email, phone, or SMS text message. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in those messages. Mail-in entries are used solely for the administration of the giveaway and winner notification. Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties without your explicit consent, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, loss, harm, injury, cost, expense, or damage whatsoever arising in connection with this Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
